Hardin County bowling teams win pair
The Hardin County bowling teams continued to play well with victories against Adamsville and Brighton last week. The Tigers improved to 18-1 overall, and the Lady Tigers currently have a record of 15-3.The two teams were scheduled to play a home match yesterday (Wednesday) against Munford. They are also scheduled to travel to Columbia on Saturday for a pair of matches against Lawrence County and Columbia Central. Lawrence County gave the Tigers their only loss of the season. Hardin County avenged the loss with a win a few weeks ago, but are looking to pick up another victory against the Wildcats this weekend.
Tigers 24, Cardinals 3
Kyle Hunt had the highest series for Hardin County in the match with a score of 483 in two games. Chase Smith was second with a series total of 460 in two games. Logan Umphrey was third with a series total of 433 in just two games. Hunt also had the highest game total in the match for Hardin County with a score of 257. Smith was second with a score of 256. Gage Bishop was third with a game total of 239 in the match.
Lady Tigers 26, Adamsville 1
Ally Sanders had the high series for Hardin County in the match with a total of 618. Jessica Kimbel was second with a series total of 589. Jerrica Stricklin was third with a series score of 388 in just two games.
