AJHS football blanks Reagan

The junior high Cardinal football team held Southside Reagan scoreless when they faced off last Thursday. The final score of the game was 20-0.

Bobby Moore struck first in the game, and Christoper Bernier added two on the conversion. Team quarterback Canon Smith scored again in the second quarter. Bernier added the team’s final TD of the night in the third.

Moore led the team in rushing with 110 yards. Samuel Burns posted 33, and Logan Barber had 29 rushing yards.

Bradley Parmely led the team on defense with eight tackles. William Edge had seven take-downs, and Bernier had six.

The team will finish their season tonight (Thursday) on the road against Riverside.
