Hardin County freshman team defeats Lawrence County

The Hardin County freshman football team picked up a 48-28 victory over Lawrence County in local football action.

The Tigers held a 24-6 lead at halftime and maintained their advantage in the final two quarters. Kendall Adkisson completed 8-of-14 passes for 200 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the game.

Steven White had seven receptions for 170 yards and caught both of the touchdown passes from Adkisson. J.T. Henson rushed for 95 yards on 10 carries and also scored twice for Hardin County.

Dustin Neill had 66 yards rushing on 10 carries and also picked up a pair of touchdown runs. Tavian Robinson had 66 yards rushing on nine carries. Tyler Hendry also scored on a two-point conversion for Hardin County in the game.
