Lady Tigers finish second at Fayette Ware meet
The Hardin County Lady Tiger cross-country team finished second recently at a meet at Fayette Ware. The Hardin County teams also competed in meets at Crockett County and USJ in the last few weeks.At the Fayette Ware meet, the Lady Tigers had four girls receive medals. Allie Boyd (fifth), Rachel Swanson (sixth), Rachel Roth (seventh), and Brianna Phillips (twelfth) each received a medal at the event. John Guyer had the fastest time for the boys. He was followed by Cameron Gant and Caleb Angotti.
Boyd also picked up a medal for her efforts in their meet at Crockett County on September 7. Phillips and Swanson were the next two runners for Hardin County. Guyer again had the best time for the boys. He was followed by Angotti and Alex Godwin.
Swanson had the fastest time for the Lady Tigers in their match at USJ on September 14. Roth was second, and Boyd finished third for Hardin County. Guyer was the top runner for the boys. Angotti was second for the Tigers, and Gant finished third.
