Tigers improve on the golf course
Hardin County competed in the Henry County Patriot Classic last week and also hosted a match against Scotts Hill and Perry County. The Tigers finished third overall at the Patriot Classic against a field that consisted of 17 teams. The Lady Tigers finished fifth overall out of 16 teams at the Classic.The Hardin County teams each picked up victories in their match against Scotts Hill and Perry County. The Tigers finished with a score of 149. The Lady Tigers had a total of 93 in the match.
Patriot Classic
Ben Carroll tied for first overall with a score of 72 at the Patriot Classic. Rodney Lewis was two strokes off the lead with a score of 74. Tyler Austin finished the tournament with a score of 76, and Hunter Webb added a 79. Hali Smith had the low score for the Lady Tigers with a 93. Sarah Holland was second with a total of 96.

Rodney Lewis had the low score for Hardin County in the match with 35. Ben Carroll and Tyler Austin each shot a 37. Hunter Webb followed with a score of 39 on the day.
