Cardinal golfers finish second

The Cardinal golf team finished second in a recent match. Trinity Christian squeaked out the five-point win, totaling 154. Adamsville was next with 159. South Side was third with 174, and Riverside landed at the bottom with 175.

Kirby Nixon shot the lowest score for the Cardinals with 37. Hunter McSwain was next with 37. Dylan Gattis scored 41 in the match, and Andrew Aristorenas and Jacob Wallis each posted 42. Hunter Pyron and Trevor Griffin each scored 45.

The girls only faced Trinity Christian in the match, and they lost 96-102. Taylor Hutton shot 49 at the event, and Abby Dickey scored 53.
