Try the hamster balls at Pickwick's Ride and Reside

May 20– Looking for something different to do this weekend? Ever been inside a human-sized hamster ball?

The Pickwick Ride and Reside Boat, Home and Travel Show is slated for Pickwick Landing State Park this weekend and is sure to provide fun for the whole family, organizers say.

In addition to the main attractions of boats, personal water craft, homes and travel information, the annual event features food, fun and entertainment.

New this year is a craft village with offerings from area artisans and crafters. Plus, don’t miss a spin in the hamster balls at the Games2U trailer.

Presented by the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, the event runs Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
