Sheriff says no ID yet on floating body
April 25– Hardin County Sheriff Sammy Davidson said this afternoon that authorities have yet to identify the body of a white male discovered by fishermen at Swamp Drive and Waterview Loop in the Nixon community Sunday at 12:33 p.m.
He described the deceased as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 220 pounds, with black hair.
The body was clothed in a white tee shirt with a "Cinco De Mayo" logo on both sides, and blue jeans and work boots. The man had several tattoos on his right arm.

The sheriff estimated he had been dead for five to seven days.
An autopsy has been ordered.
