Crump Beer Board issues, renews all permits
Jan. 22– The Crump Beer Board issued one new beer permit and renewed seven at its Monday meeting.
Calvin Plunk was issued a permit for Jot-Em Down. The permit had previously been in his wife’s name.
City Recorder Pam Hardy said also that beer permits were renewed for Sanlimhai Patel, 64 Truck; Buford Hooper, River Heights Grocery; Jerry Horton, River Heights Restaurant; Barry Webb, Big Daddy’s; Terry Kyle, Kyle’s Sports Club; and Jerry McCormick, Wagon Wheel.
Alderman Mike Vaughan resigned as chairman of the beer board, but will continue to serve as a member of the beer board, she said.
