THP to conduct Halloween roadblock

Oct. 27– Don’t turn Halloween into a nightmare.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint in Hardin County on Oct. 31, the Tennessee Department of Safety announced.

According to THP Capt. Robert Melton, troopers will “concentrate their efforts on vehicles being operated by drivers who would operate a vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant or drugs.”
