WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated the 1st day of April, 2009, of record in the Register’s Office for Hardin County, Tennessee, in Record Book 493, page 308, SHARON HARVEY GOODMAND f/k/a SHARON E. HARVEY and husband, DONALD GOODMAN did convey their interest in trust to W.
